I have a user when she tries to log in to Skype it tells her that her video credentials are already in use. She rebooted the PC and I rebooted the Skype server and she is still getting the same message. Where are these credentials stored and how do I kick that session?

    @SJM4010 ,

    Could you provide us a screenshot of the error message if possible?

    Does this issue persist all the time? Or what changes do you do before this issue happened?

    Does anyone else have the same issue?

    It recommends the affected user try to log in other machine and observe if this error message still exists.

    If it works properly, clear the client cache as below:

    1. Right click the Windows icon and open the Run bar
    2. Type in: %localappdata%\Microsoft\Office\1x.0\Lync\ folder
    3. Delete the sip profile folder.
    4. Go into the Tracing folder, delete all files.

    Besides, remove related Windows credentials and try again.

    If the problem still exists, it should relate to account itself. Contact the IT admin can check if there is special setting on the affected users.

    It is fixed now. The only thing I did was I rebooted the Skype server and also rebooted a server that we use as part of our Interactive Teller Machine software which uses skype to interact with members at the machine.

    Thank you for your help
