Hello!
I have a Windows Server 2019 Standard on a Dell PowerEdge T440 server. I can connect to it via rdp, but after some connections, it stops working only a black screen appears. When this happens after the server's gui freezes, the mouse and keyboard do nothing, same from local and from iDrac console. Only a full reboot helps, but every service works this time, only the gui interface not. THere is no error in iDrac. If I not connect via rdp only local logins everything works great. What can cause this? I tried the rdp from local network and from vpn, ther result is similar.

    Hi,
1.Have you patched the server with latest update? It will help to fix some known issues.

2.Please try to perform clean boot and verify if any third party tools or services will impact the black screen issue.

3.How did you remote to the server? Via built-in Remote Desktop Connection (or mstsc command) in windows clients or some other methods?

4.For remote connection via Remote Desktop Connection, kindly check if any errors have been recorded in the event logs.

TerminalServices-RemoteConnectionManager and TerminalServices-LocalSessionManager logs to view information about connections.

Step 1: Press Windows+R to open the Run dialog, enter eventvwr (or eventvwr.msc) and hit OK.

Step 2: Navigate to Event Viewer\ Applications and Services Logs\ Microsoft\ Windows\ TerminalServices-*
