VMM jobs history too short?

Hi. Is there any option/solution to create a DW for VMM? Maybe not a real DW, basically what we need is to keep the VMM job history longer (years/indefinitely) and be able to search in that history.
If there's no such solution, could it be done in some other way like exporting the jobs or something like that?
Or is there's way to increase the retention of the jobs in the VMM database?
What is the default job retention? For example no matter what start date to search jobs in the VMM console I set, it only returns jobs from this year, ie. from 1.1.2021 and nothing older. And yes, I've clicked the "load more" button. I get the same results via Powershell (Get-SCJob -All).
