Thank you for answering my questions.

Question 1 : Why does a filename report an error if it contains Chinese.There is no problem if Chinese is not included normally.

Question 2 : Files smaller than 10MB can be previewed and edited,But An error occurs when the file size exceeds 10MB.For example, a Word document larger than 10MB.

For the second error message:
Could you open the file in Microsoft Word successfully?
Please open Event Viewer, according to "Troubleshooting : Error Event ID 8115 when you install Office Web Apps Server 2013 on Windows Server 2012 R2", if you could see Error Event ID 8115 like below screenshot, you could try the methods in it.

I can open this document in Office,But with Office Online, this problem occurs.I'm currently installing is .NET 4.5.2,It's the same mistake.
