windows 10 IoT Enterprise HDMI output signal

We use mini PC (Liva02) which is Windows 10 IoT Enterprise edition installed, and connect with 55 inch digital signage with HDMI cable.

We just display some soft which is browse based using google chrome.
We already changed mini PC power option to no sleeping mode, no saving energy mode.

Somehow, the digital signage says "no signal " and do not show the mini PC display.

Is there any settings about output signals in Windows 10 IoT Enterprise edition?

    Test the monitor + cable with a laptop to verify that the monitor + cable are in working order
    Try a different HDMI cable sometimes a cable can develop kink and block signals.
    Make sure the resolution from Windows doesn't exceed the maximum resolution of the monitor.
    Many systems today have dual outputs. Make sure that the primary display is the HDMI output and not a secondary LVDS ouput
