I have been trying to figure out why this isn't working for the past week and I have no fixes yet so I am hoping someone can help me out with this because I am really confused on how to try to get this working, and what happens if nothing works. Will my PC start to come difunctional. I have also tried to factor reset my computer but it said their was a error in the process.

    Since Windows 10, version 1903 have reached the end of service on December 8, 2020.
    The fastest way to get the upgrade is through Media creation tool or ISO file.
    Please download Media Creation Tool from the link below and select Upgrade this PC at the first screen:

    I am also in this situation (my w10 version is 1909) and I couldn't get this KB4023057 from windows update (error 0x800700d8). Because of this, the Feature update to Windows 10, version 20H2 also failed with "Download error - 0x800700d8". There is nothing of this KB for 1909 in the update catalog aswell, surprisingly it is there for much older versions of w10 prior to 1909.

    So I tried the media creation tool to update my 1909 to latest 21h1, it keeps failing. Upon restarting, the tool is downloading the update again and again eating away my bandwidth and usage limits. The tool stuck at "Whats needs your attention" without showing anything. I did hit refresh several times but no luck.

    So, I need this KB4023057 for 1909 offline installer badly, please help me microsoft, push it to update catalog. I'm hoping that my windows update might be able to move forward from here. Or it wont?
