battery Problems

when ever i charge my laptop its at 100% then suddently it dies i re open it and its at 0% and it closes when the battery is dead.. I cant tell why its showing that its dead even tho it isnt i need help pls!

    Hello,

    Usually, this is a common issue when battery is dead and needs to replaced with new one. So if this battery is quite old, you can try replacing it and see if that helps.

    Well, this behavior is a typical symptom of battery bead. You could bring laptop to a service station and test battery, replace a new one should fix this problem.

    Hi There,

    I have had my Surface Pro 7 for less than 12 months and it stopped charging. What can I do with it besides paying MS almost $300 for a replacement battery? It doesn't seem fair to buy a computer for less than a year and have to replace the battery, help
