    Hi,
    Run these from a recovery command prompt:
    del "C:\Program Files\WindowsApps*."
    del "C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\AppRepository*.    "

    Reboot, then sysprep.

    @jose luis briones laguna Apologies for delay in response and all the inconvenience caused because of the issue.

    Is this a VM that is already part of WVD and domain joined? If yes, we don’t recommend to run sysprep in it.
    Please use sysprep only to customize a marketplace image in a standalone VM.
