    Hi,
Based on my search, it seems that the date the new master database was created at Microsoft for SQL Server 2005.

For SQL Server 2012, 2014 and 2016 and all have the exact same date/time.

It is default databases created date by Microsoft.

For more detailed information about SQL, I suggest that you'd better post the issue to SQL forum. I will help to change your tag.
Hope this helps and please help to accept as Answer if the response is useful.
    Best Regards,
    Carl

    i need to knows

Why do you "need" that information?

Every database (incl. system DB) are copies of the "model" database and if you lockup the database principals (= roles & user) of "models", they have all the same create-date 2003-04-08.
I guess that's the date, when the "model" DB was created first.
