Hi,
Where did you insert FORCESHUTDOWN option? Did you use Office Deployment Tool to deploy Office 365?
Could you provide the whole configre.xml?
If this problem is not existed in Office 365, please provide more information about it.
Office Deployment - Force Shutdown
Hi All,
I am trying to deploy M365 enterprise apps using XML file. When i choose FORCESHUTDOWN = TRUE, most of the users deployment is successful but it hard closes all office apps which is not ok. If i set to FALSE most of the deployment is failed
Is there a script which pops up message stating to close office apps and after few mins office should start (so i can use forceshutdown=true mode). Please advice if you tested it any.

2021-02-16T05:18:04.727+00:00 Thanks for your reply, i use below one to deploy via SCCM68504-configuration-m365.xml
With FALSE parameter, the deployment is failing - Not sure if user is denying the installation. I am looking a pop up message before O365 installation starts. It can be any script please
