Is it possible to get the speaker output signal at the microphone APO?

I want to create a custom APO with a microphone input signal and a speaker output signal.

Since there is an acoustic echo canceller in the audio effect of Windows 10, I think it is possible to create an APO using the microphone input signal and speaker output signal.

Currently what your looking to do is not possible however the team is considering including this ability in a future release of Windows
