Recently my account was disabled. I would like to find out how to enable it and upgrade it. Its not letting me upgrade.

hi, my azure student account has been disabled, when i try to upgrade it says contact support.
i have put in several report requests but no clear help. this is the second time its being disabled. the first time they asked me to upgrade to pay as you go which i did and included my banking details. i was recently charged for a bill and later account disabled. am using this to complete school assgnments, nothing complex. please help as am stuck
Yes, my subscription was disabled. Based upon an email from Azure, I was able to upgrade the subscription and the subscription got enabled.
