Skype for Business - Error: "Network issues have interrupted the presentation. Please wait for the presenter to restart sharing."

Question

I can not see any webinar in Skype for Business. I can hear them, but not see them. I have tried on multiple computers, but still get the same error: Network issues have interrupted the presentation. Please wait for the presenter to restart sharing.

Details:
I have two Dell Computers both bought in 2018 running Windows 10 64 bit and I have downloaded then uninstalled and downloaded again the Skype for Business App. That did not work. I have tried the web viewer and the app both. I tried in Chrome and in Edge, both did not work and gave the same error. Other people in the same webinar can see everything fine, but I can not. This was not just one meeting, it has been 3 or 4 meetings now. Here is a screen shot of what I experience every time:
