Macros vs Trust Center Settings

Safety mechanism of Office is so misterious for me. I created macros for MS Word, save them in normal.dotm. In the Trust Center I set:

  • Disable all macros with notifications
  • unchecked Trust access to the VBA procject..

Every my macros works fine. I sent my macros to my friend. She imported macros and saved them as a template normal.dotm also and set the same settings in the Trust Center as I did. She has got a massege "The macro cannot be found or has been disabled because of your Macro security settings" Why is that? I would like to avoid the situation when using my macro by other person requires potential dangerous setting in a Trust Center as "Enable all macros...."

    Yes, it seems to work. Disabling protected view fixed this problem
