Hi to everyone, I have a virtual machine with Windows Server mounted on Azure, and I need to establish a connection with another server for a few days to make a transfer of folders and files, if possible in real time. The team that manages the other server has offered me the possibility to do it through a SFTP connection. Here is where my doubt comes, would I have to enable the SFTP Gateway service in my Azure environment, or is this not exactly what I need? Thank you very much in advance for your help.

    @OptimalPyme
    Apologies for the delay responding here and any inconvenience this has caused. SFTP Gateway is a third part Azure Marketplace service which allows you to place files in Blob storage via SFTP, but I don't see a need for it in this case. If using SFTP you can simply allow port 22 inbound on the other server and connect. You can connect with an SFTP client software such as FileZilla or WinSCP.

    Hope this helps. Let me know if you have any questions or issues and we will be happy to assist.
