Migrate from VMware Workstation ubuntu to Azure

Hi,

I am trying to migrate my ubuntu vm to azure.

The solutions that Azure have provided me relate to migrating out of vSphere, not VMWare Workstation

I have checked couple of articles that has not helped me at all..

Can some one guide me in this regard.
