I want to be able to use a snapshot taken with AdExplorer and serve that over LDAPS as I develop tools which use Active Directory. Useful for unit tests and just generally not making stupid queries on production AD domain while you fiddle around writing software.
All accounts in said snapshot should respond to authentication requests but via a password I set when I start serving the directory, and all usernames should optionally have something appended or completely transformed according to a rule I set or even set randomly. OR, as an alternative to all of that, only serve to localhost.
This would be very useful to me.
