winscp is not a microsoft product. I'd suggest asking for help here in dedicated vendor forums.

suggest how i am able to install winscp same server again

I am going to assume that your screen images are from some client machine. On the destination server, you do not need to install WinSCP, you need to install the OpenSSH feature and configure it for access. WinSCP can see FTP on port 21 but does not see SFTP on port 22.

Did you install and configure OpenSSH?

    Hi,

I agree with DSPatrick. Please also post this issue in WinSCP support forum. Users there are more familiar with this and are better at solving these issues.

Please check whether this guide from WinSCP is helpful. Installing SFTP/SSH Server on Windows using OpenSSH
Allow incoming connections to SSH server in Windows Firewall

go to Control Panel > System and Security > Windows Defender Firewall1 > Advanced Settings > Inbound Rules and add a new rule for port 22.
