Edge Chromium extension install for users without internet

Dear Team,

I need your help on this urgently.

Iam trying to deploy the extensions for Edge chromium in my organization where there is some users who will not connect to internet. I want to install extensions for them on edge chromium. Iam using ADMX in GPO.

Users with internet connection are getting the extension while giving extension id in the GPO - "Control which extensions are installed silently" and the extension is getting deployed since they have internet.

Now i want a way to install the extension for the users who dont have internet. I have created the CRX file and kept the file in a network share and still not getting deployed.

Please let me know how can i solve this issue.

    For testing purposes, I suggest you set the Configure extension and user script install sources policy.

    Define URLs that can install extensions and themes directly without having to drag and drop the packages to the edge://extensions page.

    Each item in this list is an extension-style match pattern (see https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=2095039). Users can easily install items from any URL that matches an item in this list. Both the location of the *.crx file and the page where the download is started from (in other words, the referrer) must be allowed by these patterns. Do not host the files at a location that requires authentication.

    See whether it helps you to install the extension offline.

    Hi Team,

    I tried both the above suggestions, but not worked.

    Basically i need to deploy extensions to users who dont have internet access. Can i store the extension files on a local share and can deploy them ?
