Outlook Book Workspace Building List Missing

Hi, I have been looking at using Microsoft Outlook Book A Workspace feature. Our old room list and rooms are on prem still however I have been set up a new room list and added the new workspace mailboxes to the distribution group (all through MS Exchange Powershell). I have ran the commands to check that the room distribution list has been created and the workspace members are correct. I have also used the Set-Place cmdlet to tag workspace features such as Location, City, Capacity etc. The problem is when I go into my Outlook client on macOS the new room finder does not show up anything under buildings when I go to book a workspace. However on the app on my Android phone I can see the room list as a building and I can book the workspaces I have created. I have no ability to do this on the Outlook Windows app. I am not sure if I have done something wrong in the setup but going by the documentation I believe I have configured this correct. What also makes me believe I have set this up correctly is it appears to be working on the Android Outlook app so surely if it wasn't configured correctly I wouldn't be able to use this at all. Anyone any tips or similar experiences?

    Hi @Scott McMullan ,

I just managed to get a Mac for test and when I tried to book a workspace in OWA, the room list (Builiding32) didn't show up automatically. But if I start typing the name of the room list in the "Select a Building" box, then Building32 can show up and I can select it and choose a workspace afterwards:

Would you please have a go and see if this is the same at your end?

    Hi @Scott McMullan ,

According to the official blog below, "Outlook for Mac is available to all Insider Fast users using the new Outlook for Mac. Outlook for Windows will follow the room finder roll out staging noted in this link"(Beta Channel users running Office Version 2007 Build 13020.20004 or later).

So I'd suggest having a check to see if you are using the supported Outlook versions.

I would like to say thanks for the above info I have accepted the answer.

One thing I have noticed is even though this product is fully released on iOS no one is able to see the workspaces on iPhone.

It works on android, windows and macOS outlook clients as well as owa.

Can you confirm if you can see the workspace ok iOS on your demo? 79835-3376d250-94b5-475f-a345-a347d83d059e.png
