How does Service Fabric nodes receive OS updates?

Question

I have an Azure Service Fabric Cluster with 5 nodes. How do the nodes receive OS updates? Is this automatic or do I need to do something to apply them?

You can use Virtual Machine Scale Set Automatic OS Image Update

For clusters that are NOT run in Azure, we have provided an application to patch the operating systems underneath your Service Fabric nodes.
