Hello, I am facing issues configuring SharePoint hybrid configuration. Can someone outline the step by step procedure to configure SharePoint hybrid. I have SharePoint 2016 on premise and have O365 tenant.

Hi @Trevor Seward thank u for the suggestion. I am very new to SharePoint hybrid and therefore I have difficulties in understanding the entire concept. However, I think I have configured hybrid but still has confusions. Since I am very new to this I am struggling big times. I cannot follow an on premise site given in screenshot. While in hybrid configuration Delve and Videos should appear but in my case I don't any of these, provided in screenshot. How can I follow a site? Nevertheless, clicking on the site redirects me to the SharePoint online mysite. My aim is to ensure a document library and its contents to be accessed by both SharePoint on premise and SharePoint online users. How can I perform this configuration. For SharePoint Server 2016, download the SharePoint Hybrid Configuration Wizard via SharePoint admin center > More features > Hybrid picker > click Go to Hybrid Picker Download Page.

You need to synchronize user accounts with Microsoft 365 to make the site accessible to both SharePoint on-premise and SharePoint Online users. This is one of the prerequisite configurations covered in all articles provided previously.
