Teams Desktop App not loading Lists tab in Guest account

In the Teams Desktop App, guest account users can't open the Lists app tab.
When the guest user opens the tab, after 20-30 seconds, the message "There was a problem reaching this app" is displayed.

The same error does not occur in the Teams web app.

I tried the following steps, but the error didn't go away.

  • Sign out -> Sign in
  • Reinstall Teams desktop app
  • Clear Teams cache

Can you tell me how to solve it?

    Hi @Katz.N ,

    Does this issue persist all the time?

    Can you reproduce this issue on another device?

    Can guest user access to other app tabs (Planner and so on)?

    To troubleshoot this issue, we recommend you go to SharePoint Online Admin Center and check your site permissions of content sharing and content sharing policy like the following pictures:
