Hi Euclids solution in https://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/ie/en-US/b8c11de8-9e42-42ad-9cb5-0e1ba232f2c3/volume-shadow-copy-service-error-unexpected-error?forum=windowsbackup solved my VSS issue when upgrading from windows7 to windows10. Is this an issue with the upgrade procedure from MS, since clean install does apparently not have this issue? extract of Euclids solution: > Cause > The problem is caused by the AppleHFS driver which is part of Apple's Bootcamp Services [1]. > When upgrading from Windows 8.1 to Windows 10, the system upgrade reinstalls many installed applications. The Bootcamp Services is one of them which has previously been installed. The reason it worked on Windows 8.1 was that the AppleHFS driver was disabled there. > Solution > To remove/disable the AppleHFS driver use the Sysinternal Autoruns tool [2]. > References > 1. https://discussions.apple.com/thread/7140688?start=0&tstart=0 > 2. https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/bb963902.aspx > Marked as answer by Euclid Wednesday, July 22, 2015 7:33 PM* Br Peter Lauritzen SEODenmark
