usbaudio.sys with Belkin Thunderbolt 3 Pro Dock crashing Win 10

The USB mouse/keyboard disconnected a spit second before the crash as if it was related somehow to the crash. Suspect usbaudio.sys is interacting with the Belkin hub to cause a crash also related somehow to the disconnection of the mouse/keyboard USB connection.
