How to transfer m365 from vendor A to vendor B

We want to transfer our data m365 subscripton from the current vendor to our account so we could manage it ourselves. Please what's the best practice? Knowing fully that we need to migrate user mails, sharepoint files, onedrive , emails etc.

    O365 is not currently supported here on QnA. The product group for Office actively monitors questions over at
