UWP application - publisher unverified

I have been developing UWP apps for a while. I have several published apps.

Since a few time, for some unknown reason, my new published apps give a strange warning when installed.
(I publish to the store, no errors, , I am using the same account as always to publish, same procedure, no changes from my side that I can see, I go to some client pc and install – here I get the warning when some client installs my app and opens for the first time).
(I provide a link to the privacy policy in my publication in the store and also provide the privacy policy link in my application).

It says: “publisher unverified” – screenshot below.

I check my app in the Windows Store, and everything looks exactly the same as in my previous apps.

What can be happening? Has someone had the same issue?
