error not to access site using virtual directory

Greetings
I have deployed publish code on Virtual directory, its not working giving below error
Note: I have teste same application on local machine while creating virtual directory, its working fine
Solution required: How can i deploy this code to access project using virtual directory ( remove this error )

2021-03-05T08:58:39.85+00:00 @Mohammad Qasim The problem cannot be found from your web.config, but you can try to check the app pool and see what user it is configured to run as. Check the directory and see if that user has appropriate rights to it. While you're at it, check the event log and see if IIS logged any more detailed diagnostic information there.
