Hi,

I have to licenses for Teams, one private and one for my company. I have enabled guest access on both accounts (while being logged in as an administrator), but I still don't get the possibility to add guests.
The field just states "we found no results".
As it is a one-man-company, there are no other internal users. but I need to add som suppliers to one of the groups in there.
Anyone seen this issue before?

Best
Katrine

    Hi KatrineBakPrimdahl-3099,

Before you add a guest, it needs to create a team first. Then, add a guest to your team in Teams by adding member. For more information about how to create a team, please refer to this link:
    https://support.office.com/en-us/article/Create-a-team-from-scratch-174adf5f-846b-4780-b765-de1a0a737e2b.

Moreover, guests must have a Microsoft 365 work or school account. If the guest doesn’t yet have a Microsoft account associated with their email address, they will be directed to create one for free. For reference, please read this article:

    Hello @Katrine Bak Primdahl ,

You can add external users as the contacts in Office 365 and invite them as guest. What you want to do is add the external contacts in your tenant first. Go to the Exchange admin center and create mail contact. Their external email address can be added there.
After you add successfully, Open teams client and go to Calls app. Create contact from 'Add Contacts'. Now, you can create Teams appointment for these guests too

Please mark as "Accept the answer" if the above steps helps you. Others with similar issues can also follow the solution as per your suggestion

    Regards,

    Manu

    Hi KatrineBakPrimdahl-3099,

You can add guest user in Azure Active Directory admin center as below.

If it is still no luck, you can check if you configure collaboration restrictions in Azure Active Directory admin center > Users > User settings > External users: Manage external collaboration settings > Collaboration restrictions.
