I want to use the Microsoft 365 Personal from this link @ compare-all-microsoft-office-products-d.. but i have the following questions:-

1) From where i need to download the setup file for the Office Microsoft 365 Personal?

2) Also can we (legally & Technically) install the Microsoft 365 Personal inside windows 10 pro for a business company ?

    1. Please make sure your PC or Mac meets the system requirements.
      Redeem your product key. Be sure to remember your Microsoft account and password.
      Use your Microsoft account to sign in to Services&subscriptions page, click on the Install link to download the installer to your computer.
    2. As your issue is about license agreement which is out of my scope, it is suggested to contact Microsoft online directly.
      I find a link "Microsoft Services Agreement", it may be helpful to you.

    Besides, tag "office-online-server-deployment" focuses on general issues about Office Online Server installation, update, and deployment issues, as your issue is not about it, I will remove it. Thanks for your understanding.
