    Hello,

Try the DISM method to enable .NET Framework 3.5 on your system.

The most stable method for enabling .NET Framework 3.5 is using DISM command to offline install.
You need a Windows 10 ISO image file, mount it and copy sources\sxs folder to a convenient place, then just execute a DISM command and .NET Framework 3.5 will be installed.

    Hello Lawrence-9067,

Have you also tried installing dotNet (.Net) via the roles and features in Windows Server or Windows 10 (via the add programs and features windows 10)?

Kindly give this a try. You will find a lot of guides on https://techdirectarchive.com on various to go about adding .Net Framework via the following methods mentioned above and with DISM.

First check if the Windows Update service is running. If it is disabled you will get this message.

Just type services into the taskbar search and scroll down to Windows Update.
