我在下载NET framework 3.5 的时候出现了一个错误

错误代码为：0x80070422

于是我在网上搜索解决方法

并且找到了一个：

他说要启动Windows update 和另外2个服务

我遍尝试启动Windows update service
但是有给我了一个错误码：1058

有没有人知道怎么解决
