Problem with VISUAL STUDIO Installer

When i installed vs, when i open visual studio installer as administrator or not it freeze and close after like 1/2 seconds. I don't know how to resolve, i searched so much video and forums

    Maybe you can check with collect.exe (How can I get the Visual Studio Installation logs?)
    I don't know if it is useful, as VS Installer works normally for me...

    Welcome to Microsoft Q&A!

    Please try to run the following command line from the installer directory (C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio\Installer) to launch your Visual Studio Installer:
    vs_installer.exe --locale en-US

    If it still persists, I need your help to collect some related installation logs. Please download and run this collect.exe tool, go to %temp% folder and find the vslogs.zip file, upload it to https://onedrive.live.com/ and share the link here.
