How to 'Add work or school account' in Settings->Account page for Windows Server 2019 OS.

We 're taking testing work on Windows Server 2019, but there's no 'Add work or school account' item in 'Settings' -> 'Account' page. It will block the process if we cannot add my account.

Would you please help resolve this issue on how to enable 'Add work or school account' item. Thanks.

    Hi,

    After research, it seems there's no option to "Add work or school account" in Windows Server OS, we could only see the option in Windows Client OS.
