No way to unsubscribe from Azure AD Identity protection weekly digest

I am getting weekly emails from Azure with the subject "Your Azure AD Identity Protection Weekly Digest".

However, whenever I click on any links in the email, it takes me to a page which says "Get a Premium trial to use this feature."

I want to unsubscribe from these emails, but it seems there is no way to do that, since, in order to stop the emails, the feature needs to be enabled.

I think I had an Azure AD Premium trial at some point, but now the trial is over, so I can't access the feature in order to turn off the emails.

You should be able to do this by going to Azure Active Directory > Security > Identity Protection > Weekly Digest (under Notify). There you can either toggle the weekly email digest to "off", or remove your email from the email list.

You should also be able to unsubscribe from the email, but I know there was a bug with this before that should have gotten resloved. If neither of these things work let me know and I will report this to the product team.

I have the same issue. The toggle is disabled.

I don't have an Azure AD Premium 2 License, but I'm still receiving the notifications, which I don't want.
