Computer Hangs After Monitor Shuts Down

I've only just updated to version 20H2, but the problem was existing with the previous version. I have my computer set to shut down the monitor after 15 minutes. My computer is set to never sleep because of nightmare issues with that from years ago. If I come back to my computer after the monitor has shut down and my browser (Chrome) was left open, I will experience a brief "hiccup" and I can't scroll or do anything. Within a few seconds of clicking, or opening up a new tab things return to normal. If I set my power settings for the monitor to never shut down I will not experience any problems, but I don't wish to do that especially if what I am experiencing is the result of a bigger issue. It only happens on the Chrome browser. My drivers and Bios are updated. I've used Scannow and DISM with no issue. I've run diagnostics on my HD, Processor and memory with no issues. I've played with Chrome and shut off hardware acceleration, cleared the cache, uninstalled/reinstalled it

Just for test use another browser like Microsoft Edge and see if the problem persist?
If yes, you need to report it to the Chrome support team.
I recommend you to open start and search for feedback and open the Feedback Hub app and report all issues , so Windows team would be able to investigate it.

Open Device Manager, find out your network adapter and display adapter, right-click and select Properties, Power Management tab, uncheck Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power option.
Besides, since issue only occurred on Chrome, try Edge chromium to see if issue still appear. Maybe you could reset/reinstall Chrome to see if result will be different.
