We have our SCCM environment (Version 1910) running on Windows server 2016. SCCM database is deployed on Sql Server 2012 running on a Windows Server 2012. We are planning to migrate all the services running on Windows Server 2012 to the newer versions of Server (2016/2019). Plan is to move SCCM database including the reporting services currently on SQL Server 2012 to SQL Server 2017. Found the below link on the migration steps. Need advise if these steps are correct and also on moving the reporting services/database to the new SQL server https://www.anoopcnair.com/sccm-sql-server-database-migration-part-2/

    Hi, @Wasif Kazia Mohamed
Thank you for posting in Microsoft Q&A forum.
Yes, we may refer to the steps you linked to migrate sccm database to another server.
For reporting services, after the SQL Server database migrated, we need to reinstall the reporting service role on new server and if we have custom reports, we may export from the old server and import to the new server.
