Enforcing MS Teams background with specific image?

Folks,

How can I enforce all of the user of my Teams to have same background image from a specific URL?

I need to be able to standardize the background image for all Teams conference.

Do you mean you want the ability for the IT admin to define a custom background for their tenant?

Microsoft Teams is now not support assign custom background to entire organization. You can only control whether users have the ability to upload custom background in Teams meeting. For more details about it, you can learn it from:

Not possible currently, but we might have a way to enforce this in the future.

You could create a grouppolicy that deletes the teams folder /updload/Picture/background and create it with only one picture again
