    Hi,

    I'd like to check what is the application are you trying to access, is it a windows application? What is the account do you use to access the app?

    If you are running any anti-virus application, please try to disable it and check if it could work?

    Besides, please open CMD as administrator and run sfc /scannow, check if there's any corrupted system files.
