Which version of Microsoft 365 apps do you have? Is it Microsoft 365 Personal or other subscriptions?
According to your ospp.vbs /dstatus results, it is recommended to remove the existed product key for a test.
- Please save all Office files and turn off all Office Apps.
- Type cmd in search bar, and run Command Prompt as administrator.
- Run
cscript ospp.vbs /unpkey:xxxxx
(the last five digits of the product key) under “C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office16” path.
Then you may also go to Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Common\Identity\Identities
in Registry Editor, delete the Identities registry.
Then restart your computer and reactivate Office for a check.
(Important! Follow the steps in this section carefully. Serious problems might occur if you modify the registry incorrectly. Before you modify it, back up the registry for restoration in case problems occur.)
In addition, If the proxy server is turned on, you'd better turn it off to check the issue.
Any updates, please let me know.
