Windows shuts after opening Adobe Photoshop and this blue window with bad smiley appears. How to solve this?

Hi,
It seems Photoshop causes BSOD on your Windows.
Make an SFC scan
If you still have problem run a driver verifier scan to determine the true cause
SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker
