how do I practice microsft learn azure exercises without spending money if I have PAYG account and the exercise doesn't offer a sandbox ?

I want to train to become an azure administrator I have no previous experience with azure so cloud computing so practicing is fundamental, I enroll in a course in which I was provided an azure pass but only lasted 1 month and I would not like to contact the tutor which is a certified trainer to ask another azure pass if the course has ended
