One of the my Domain Controllers in Azure within an availability set is using its own IP as the primary DNS Server

I have two domain controllers (DC1 and DC2) in Azure in an availability set. I have configured DNS server on the VNet level but looking under applied DNS server , One of the DCs have the DNS server information applied backwards which means one of the DCs is using its own IP address as the primary DNS server.

There is a note there saying
"If the virtual machine that uses this network interface is part of an availability set, then this list will have the union of all DNS servers from all network interfaces that are part of the availability set. This property is what is configured on each of those virtual machines."

Is there a way to bypass the DNS applied from avaiability set?

    From Virtual Network assign the DNS Servers IP address to point to you Domain Controllers (DNS)

    Go to the Virtual Network > DNS Servers and double check if there the desired address was provided. All virtual machines under the Virtual Network must be restarted in order for the changes to take effect. In an availability set, you need to restart both virtual machines for the updated DNS to take effect.
