Microsoft Excell CSV inport error

Hello i have problame with the Exel data import from CsV/Text file. Some modul cannot be found for using the modul. So i tryed to reinstall the office on clean way. I have Revo uninstaller pro for all components remove. Then reinstalled 2021 preview version. Before and after it notece me about the same error. I cant found any solution for this problame. The CsV file is errorless, i have no idea for any solution.

    According to the information you provided. I have the following 2 questions.

    1. When did the issue start? Is the issue with importing .txt files?
    2. How did you install the preview version of Office 2021?

    Besides, is your Office 2021 32-bit or 64-bit? If it is 32-bit, you could try to change the Office from 32-bit to 64-bit to check the issue.

    Have you installed other versions of Office before? If yes, please check whether other versions of Office have this issue?

    None of import operation woked yesterday. It's include .txt yes.

    I installed it from download center and it was trial before reinstalled windows.

    But i tryed some solution and one worked: I used Microsoft Support and Recovery Assistant to fuly uninstall the product remains. And downloaded the office development tool to install the latest one version of it. That was worked only. After isntallation problem just disappeared.. But Issue was with powr query becouse when i directly load in thes files it worked perfectly if the delimiters is ';' . But after power query prepared the query and just would export back to exel it dispalyed the above error.
