We keep receiving the below mentioned warning alert in SCOM 2019.
Microsoft Audit Collection Services Collector Database Operation Failure
An error occurred while performing a database operation. The error code was 0x00000005
How can I fix it ?

@kumaravelu , For this Alert, it seems the database operation on ACS database is failed. Here, we suggest to check Operations manager event log to see if we can find more information.

Description: Database partition closed: Guid: 541a3396_5e08_411d_b04b_055596455fea Status: 0x00000005
We have two management groups one is for SCOM 2012 and the other one is for SCOM 2019
both the groups are different servers and all the agents reporting to both SCOM are multihomed.

As per Crystal-MSFT suggest, you should review operations manager event log for additional information on troubleshoot. Moreover, you may also refer to "ACS Database alert: An error occurred while performing a database operation. The error code was 0x00000005.".

@kumaravelu , For this event, it may be caused by too much data in DTPARTITION Table. Here, please run SQL query "select * from dtpartition" to see how many rows are with status 1. If we have any that are left in a status = 1, then try to run the commands in the following link to changethe status to 2.

We ran the following query to see partition details and Status.
select * from dtpartition order by partitionstarttime
But we see all the partitions status as "2"and one with "0" value only.
So what we can check further.

@kumaravelu , Thanks for the reply. For our issue, we can check if there's any related error in Operations Manager event log. Meanwhile, could you let us know if there's any change before the error occur.
In addition, we can try to restart the SQL server and SCOM server to see if the result will be different.

You have menioned try restarting the SQL server and SCOM server if it solves this issue.
SCOM ser.ver means do you mean need to restart the server where i have installed the ACS feature/role.
SQL server - > Is it Ops manager data base or ACS data base.

@kumaravelu , Yes, we can restart the SCOM server with ACS feature installed. For SQL server, we suggest to restart the servers with Operations Manager database and ACS database.
