As per Crystal-MSFT suggest, you should review operations manager event log for additional information on troubleshoot. Moreover, you may also refer to "ACS Database alert: An error occurred while performing a database operation. The error code was 0x00000005.".

Hi Team,
We keep receiving the below mentioned warning alert in SCOM 2019.
Microsoft Audit Collection Services Collector Database Operation Failure
An error occurred while performing a database operation. The error code was 0x00000005
How can I fix it ?

Here, please run SQL query "select * from dtpartition" to see how many rows are with status 1. If we have any that are left in a status = 1, then try to run the commands in the following link to changethe status to 2.
