Sizing Storage Migration Service (SMS) servers

We are in the process of moving data on 27 UNIX-based (SMB) file servers on-premises to Azure VMs and want to use the Storage Migration Service. The total size of data is over 350 TB across these 27 servers. Is there any specific guidance about sizing SMS other than what is here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-server/storage/storage-migration-service/overview#requirements ? For instance, how many orchestrator servers needed and sizing these server(s)? Thank you
