Failed to download content in SCCM for Office 365 Feature updates

Does anyone know how to troubleshoot this error in SCCM? I am trying to download content for the Office 365 Feature Updates on a Software Update Group and I keep getting this error. Any advice?

    Have you checked patchdownloader log? Also, are you able to download updates for other channels?

    Based on the above description, it is difficult for us to determine the specific cause.
    Agree with what RahulJindal said, we may get more detailed message about the process of downloading software updates by checking PatchDownloader.log. This log will be generated when SCCM downloads the patch.
