Unable to import database file to sql server management studio because of “file contains corrupted data”

I have been struggling with this for days.

I have received a backup database file from MSSQL, which has weird characters I'm not sure what type it is. I have attached it below.

I used the method described in the Microsoft Learn to import a database, but that failed and I received an error message like below.

Please let me know what I can do import the database file.

Kind regards

Is this Azure SQL Database where you are trying to restore DB? If not and if it is on-premise SQL server, you can also post question in below forum -
