i can't schedule my certification with Person vue

I am trying to schedule AZ900 certificate, and i get an error sayin " Person veu can0t get my Profile. I called Person veu and they were not able to find me through mail, name or phone They suggested me to contact Microsoft.

    Microsoft Certification Program is supported on their own forums. I'd try asking for help with exam scheduling in dedicated forums here. (Participate\Ask A Question)
